The Marson Big Daddy Manuel Riveter w/ Special Nosepieces (39010) is a heavy-duty manual riveting tool designed for automotive, industrial, fabrication, and structural fastening applications. Its double-gear reduction system increases mechanical leverage, allowing operators to set large-diameter blind rivets with less physical effort. The tool accommodates several rivet sizes and alloy types, including structural and specialty fasteners. A one-piece collet case and interchangeable nosepieces support efficient size changes, making the riveter suitable for body panel installation, window regulator repairs, door hardware, and other high-force assembly tasks.Key Features and Benefits: Double-Gear Reduction System: Increases mechanical leverage to reduce the force required when installing large-diameter rivets. One-Piece Collet Case: Supports straightforward nosepiece changes and simplifies routine tool maintenance. Versatile Rivet Compatibility: Sets structural, Klik-Fast, Klik-Split, and Klik-Lok rivets in compatible alloy types. Integrated Nosepiece Storage: Keeps commonly used nosepieces accessible for faster transitions between rivet sizes. Long-Handle Leverage: Provides improved control and reduces operator strain during demanding fastening work.Specifications: Product Name: Marson Big Daddy Manuel Riveter w/ Special Nosepieces (39010) Model Number: 39010 Tool Type: Heavy-duty manual blind riveter Rivet Capacity: 1/8 inch, 5/32 inch, 3/16 inch, and 1/4 inch Compatible Rivet Materials: All compatible alloy types Compatible Fastener Types: Structural, Klik-Fast, Klik-Split, and Klik-Lok rivets Drive System: Double-gear reduction Product Weight: 3.75 lb Operation Type: Manual two-handed operation Included Nosepieces: 5/32 inch, 3/16 inch, and 1/4 inch Package Contents: One Marson 39010 riveter and three interchangeable nosepiecesHow to Use: Select the Nosepiece: Choose the nosepiece that matches the diameter of the blind rivet being installed. Change the Nosepiece: Unscrew the existing nosepiece from the collet case and securely install the required size. Prepare the Workpiece: Align the materials and create a correctly sized mounting hole for the selected rivet. Load the Rivet: Insert the rivet mandrel into the installed nosepiece until the rivet body reaches the front of the tool. Position the Fastener: Place the rivet body completely into the prepared hole while keeping the riveter aligned with the work surface.
