Install the Mandrel: Thread the selected mandrel securely into the tool head. Attach the Nosepiece: Fit the corresponding nosepiece and tighten it with the supplied wrench. Adjust the Stroke: Configure the positive-stop mechanism according to the insert size and thickness of the workpiece. Load the Poly-Nut: Thread the insert onto the exposed mandrel until its head rests against the nosepiece. Position the Insert: Place the Poly-Nut completely into a correctly sized, burr-free mounting hole. Set the Fastener: Squeeze the handles firmly to retract the mandrel and collapse the insert body against the reverse side of the material. Check the Installation: Confirm that the Poly-Nut is securely compressed, correctly aligned, and unable to rotate in the hole. Release the Tool: Open the handles and rotate the tool counterclockwise to unthread the mandrel from the installed insert. Attach the Component: Secure the required component using a screw or bolt that matches the installed Poly-Nut thread size.Benefits of Using Marson 39302 Poly-Nut Thread-Setter Kit (39302): Creates Threads in Thin Materials: Provides secure thread engagement where the workpiece lacks sufficient thickness for conventional tapping. Supports Blind-Side Assembly: Installs threaded attachment points without requiring access behind the panel or structure.
