The Amflo Straight-On Dual Foot Chuck Inflator (101HD) is a robust and essential tool for precise tire inflation, designed for both personal and professional use. This inflator combines heavy-duty construction with user-friendly features, ensuring accurate pressure readings and easy access to tire valve stems on a wide range of vehicles, including challenging inner dual wheels on trucks. Crafted with chrome-plated castings and internal brass components, the 101HD is built for consistent performance and a long operational life. Its intuitive design allows for straightforward connection to air compressors, providing a reliable solution for maintaining optimal tire pressure, which is crucial for vehicle safety, fuel efficiency, and tire longevity. Whether you’re topping off a car tire or servicing a commercial truck, the Amflo 101HD delivers efficiency and accuracy with every use.KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Heavy-Duty Construction: Features heavy chrome-plated castings and a protective sleeve over the dial tube, providing enhanced resistance to impacts and wear for extended tool life. Precise Pressure Measurement: Equipped with a solid brass bar gauge that calibrates from 10 to 120 PSI in precise 2 PSI increments, ensuring accurate and consistent tire pressure readings. Effortless Dual Wheel Access: The 12-inch swivel dual foot chuck makes reaching and inflating valve stems on inner dual wheels incredibly convenient, simplifying maintenance tasks for trucks and other vehicles with dual wheel configurations. Secure and Controlled Operation: A paddle trigger for accurate control is securely riveted to the body, allowing for precise air flow management during inflation. The plated steel handle is also riveted to the body for firm, positive action. Professional Reliability: Meets OSHA standard 1910.177, making it suitable for professional workshop environments where safety and performance are paramount.SPECIFICATIONS: Part Number: 087817101007 Construction Materials: Heavy chrome-plated castings, solid brass bar gauge, plated steel handle, brass internal parts. Gauge Type: Solid brass bar Pressure Calibration: 10 to 120 PSI in 2 PSI increments Finish: Durable black epoxy finish (on specific components) Air Inlet Thread: 1/4″ NPT female Chuck Type: 12″ swivel dual foot chuck Packaging: 1 unit per boxHOW TO USE: Connect to Air Supply: Securely attach the 1/4″ NPT female inlet of the inflator to your air compressor’s hose. Check Current Pressure (Optional): Press the dual foot chuck onto the tire’s valve stem firmly. The gauge will display the current tire pressure. Initiate Inflation: With the chuck still on the valve stem, press the paddle trigger to begin inflating the tire. Monitor Pressure: Continuously observe the solid brass bar gauge as you inflate. Release the paddle trigger periodically to get an accurate reading without air flowing into the tire. Achieve Desired PSI: Inflate until the gauge indicates the recommended tire pressure for your vehicle. Remove Inflator: Release the paddle trigger completely and remove the dual foot chuck from the valve stem. Store Properly: Disconnect from the air supply and store the inflator in a clean, dry place.BENEFITS OF USING AMFLO STRAIGHT-ON DUAL FOOT CHUCK INFLATOR (101HD): Optimizes vehicle performance by ensuring tires are inflated to their proper specifications. Extends the lifespan of tires by preventing under-inflation, which can lead to uneven wear. Enhances driving safety by promoting better vehicle handling and stability on the road. Contributes to improved fuel economy by reducing rolling resistance caused by under-inflated tires. Simplifies tire maintenance with its easy-to-use design and clear pressure readouts.FEATURES: Integrated Protective Sleeve: Safeguards the dial tube from impacts. Paddle-Style Trigger Mechanism: Offers precise airflow control. Secure Handle and Trigger: Riveted to the main body for enhanced stability. Swiveling Dual Head Design: Provides convenient valve stem access. Durable Brass Internals: Constructed for long-lasting functionality. Black Epoxy Finish: Adds a protective, corrosion-resistant coating. Standardized Air Connection: Compatible with 1/4-inch NPT air hose connections. Retail Packaging: Single unit per box for simplified procurement.
